Controlling Manager: Drive Financial Strategy at a Leading Global Chemical Company.

Our client is a leading global chemical company with a significant footprint in the Japanese market. They are at the forefront of the industry, offering a chance to work with cutting-edge processes and products.

■Position Summary
As Controlling Manager, you'll be key to the Japan site's financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities include reporting, managing investments, and ensuring compliance through cross-functional collaboration. You'll link the site with global finance, influencing strategic decisions.

■Responsibilities
・Lead the preparation of financial reports, including product costing and sales performance overviews.
・Manage annual small investment planning and execution.
・Coordinate regional and global projects under the direction of the Japan project manager.
・Analyze investment costs and ensure budget control.
・Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
・Support operational planning and business analysis.
・Ensure compliance with corporate accounting guidelines.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP, logistics, R&D, maintenance).
・Coordinate internal and external audits.
・Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects.
