【Position Purpose / 期待役割】

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital & Automation Business Support Leader to play a key role in the launch of a newly established business entity in Japan.

This is a hybrid, manager-level position, that bridges high-level IT strategy with hands-on support for IT infrastructure, business operations and manufacturing systems.

You will take ownership of digitalization and automation initiatives while leading the critical ground-up setup of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security), IT project management, and acting as a key contact for enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365 and SAP.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders, and ensure the Japanese operations are equipped with a secure, efficient, and modern digital environment, directly contributing to the success of this new organization.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ 5+ years of experience in a large enterprise or manufacturing industry.

■ Experience with digital tools, manufacturing processes, and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, M365).

■ Basic knowledge and experience with Automation & Process Control systems.

■ Strong project management, vendor coordination, and user support skills.

■ Language / 言語力: Business-level English; Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent).
