Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Design and scale secure, high-availability systems for a dynamic FinTech company!

■About our client

■Position Summary
You will design, build, and maintain the company's cloud infrastructure. Working with a team of skilled engineers, you'll ensure our systems are highly available, scalable, and secure, making a significant contribution to our growth in a key technical role.

■Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated infrastructure-as-code (IaC) pipelines.
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to support their infrastructure needs.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.

経験・スキル

■Must have
・5+ years in AWS infra design & build experience.
・Prod infra change mgmt for high traffic systems.
・Knowledge of cloud security & payment compliance.
・Prod incident management & cross-team collaboration.
・Hands-on experience with AWS services (Compute, etc.).
・Experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
・Linux internals and system admin experience.
・Cloud monitoring, detection, and response exp.
・Cloud infra patching and upgrade experience.
・Excellent communication skills.
・Business level in English or Japanese.

■Nice to have
・Maintained 200+ servers/containers in prod.
・Cloud disaster recovery & RTO/RPO improvement exp.
・Experience with other clouds (e.g. GCP).
・Cloud performance tuning & cost management exp.
・Experience using/contributing to open source.
・Publications & IT compliance/security risk mgmt.
・Infra design/build exp. in finance industry.
・In-house service operations experience.
