■About our client
The automotive division of a global diversified manufacturer with over 100 years of history. They contribute to the development of the global auto industry with innovative products.
■Position Overview
As a Technical Sales for plastic fastener products, you will be deeply involved with customers from the design and engineering stages. This is a key role where you will leverage your technical expertise to propose solutions and create new business opportunities.
■Responsibilities
・Build strong technical relationships with customer engineers
・Seek business opportunities in early development stages
・Propose solutions for plastic fastener applications
・Manage program launches and internal/external milestones
・Identify customer pain points and create value with our products
・Collaborate with and report to the global team
**Depending on your work experience, tokyo-based position could be arranged.

- ■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in plastic fastener design or engineering
・Proficiency in CATIA V5
・Business-level English capability
・Working experience at foreign-based companies
・Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
・Flexibility to work with the global team
・Bachelor's degree or higher (Business or Engineering)
・Willingness to travel - 学歴
