■Position Overview
Play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for innovative products. You will lead the design process from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive final product.

■Responsibilities
-Lead the design and execution of product designs.
-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define product strategy and vision.
-Develop and maintain design systems and components.
-Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
-Present design work to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
-Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Must have
・8+ yrs experience in digital product design (product thinking, IxD, craft)
・Proven success designing for the Japanese market within a global system
・Experience leading customer research and creating design strategy
・Proven ability to collaborate across different teams and time zones
・Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English (verbal & written)
・Cross-platform (mobile, web) design experience
・Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems

■Nice to have
・Strong interest in emerging technologies and AI for new experiences
・Familiarity with Japan's small business or fintech landscape
・Experience in a global company or cross-cultural environment
・Background in commerce, payments, or financial tools
