Position Overview
As a UX Research Operations Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in developing and optimizing processes that support user research. You’ll create consistency in methodologies, oversee participant recruitment, and ensure research insights are accessible across the organization. You’ll also take an active role in sharing knowledge and promoting the value of UX research company-wide.

• Establish standardized processes and documentation (templates, consent forms, scripts).
• Coordinate recruitment and logistics for research studies.
• Maintain and improve the UX Research Repository for team-wide data access.
• Share outcomes and updates through internal communication channels (e.g., UX newsletter).
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support compliance processes including research ethics applications.
• Work closely with global colleagues to strengthen the UX Research community.
• Provide operational support for both qualitative and quantitative research activities.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ResearchOps, DesignOps, or a research support role.
• Background in UX research operations, project management, or similar functions.
• Experience working with external UX research vendors is a plus.
• Familiarity with immersive/spatial computing (VR/AR) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (business level).
