■Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of developer tools by defining product strategy and managing the roadmap. You'll lead a team of skilled engineers and designers to build and ship amazing products, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

■Main tasks include
・ Lead the definition and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
・ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of developers.
・ Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
・ Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user needs.
・ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
・ Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.

経験・スキル

■Must have
・5+ years of PM experience
・Experience with agile, cloud native, and engineering
・Technical experience in software engineering or platform PM
・Experience with different cultures, especially Japanese customers
・Business-level English
・N3-level Japanese

■Nice to have
・Knowledge of vehicle software development
・Experience with B2B or B2E corporate products
・Experience in user-centered design and UX
・Strong communication and presentation skills
