■Role & Responsibilities
Oversee all financial control, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. You will be key in shaping the company's financial strategy, working with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures in a collaborative environment.

■Main tasks include
・ Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports.
・ Manage the financial accounting and reporting processes.
・ Oversee financial planning and analysis.
・ Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
・ Develop and implement internal controls.
・ Manage a team of finance professionals.

経験・スキル

■Must have
・Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
・8+ years accounting/finance experience as Financial Controller
・Deep knowledge of accounting principles
・Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
・Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
・Experience with financial statements and general ledger
・Strong communication and leadership skills
・Business-level English communication skills

■Nice to have
・CA, CPA, or CMA certification
