■Role
As the Machine Learning Manager, you will oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, drive innovation, and play a key role in shaping the company's AI strategy in alignment with business objectives. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective machine learning solutions.

■Main tasks include
・ Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.
・ Manage and mentor a team of machine learning engineers.
・ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize projects.
・ Develop and implement best practices for machine learning development.
・ Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning.
・ Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

経験・スキル

■Must have
・3+ years of experience managing engineers or scientists
・Experience designing, training, & deploying ML models for business
・Excellent collaboration and cross-departmental communication skills

■Nice to have
・Knowledge of MLOps/DevOps (model versioning, training/serving at scale)
・Japanese Business level
