■Role & Responsibilities
As Head of Business Control, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. You will oversee a team of analysts, mentoring and developing their skills while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. You will play a key role in shaping the company's financial future.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
・Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
・Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
・Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
・Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
・Provide financial support to various business units.
・Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations.
