■About the company
A European Investment Bank revolutionizing the financial industry with technology and data. They build a unique value chain with proprietary strategies, delivering seamless experiences to clients worldwide.

■What you would do:
・Serve as a Central Agent for Structured Finance Deals: Acting as an agent for syndicated loans, you will be the key liaison for all stakeholders, including external borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel, as well as internal teams.

・Gain Exposure to Complex Transactions: Work directly with sophisticated financial products (e.g., JBIC / NEXI, JOLCO), with a focus on structured finance such as Aviation, Export/Project Finance, and corporate finance

・Manage the Full Loan Lifecycle: Oversee the loan agency lifecycle by reviewing finance documents, managing loan administration (drawdowns, transfers, etc.), and handling all client and lender requests

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in financial services. Experience may come from a broad range of backgrounds so those with relevant or transferable experience are encouraged to apply (e.g., investment operations, middle office, loan administration, or investment analyst).

・Fluent English is strongly preferred; conversational Japanese is a plus.

・A strong desire to learn structured finance products, such as syndicated loans (prior experience in this area is also a plus).
