■ Main tasks include

経験・スキル

■Must have
・3+ years of actuarial experience in non-life insurance
・High proficiency in MS Office suites
・Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and oral)
・Strong communication and presentation skills
・A fast learner, problem-solver, and team player
・Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
・Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
・Accuracy and strong attention to detail
・Curiosity and flexibility to handle various ad-hoc tasks

■Nice to have
・Experience with DFA software (e.g., ReMetrica, Igloo)
・Knowledge of various actuarial pricing techniques
・Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL)
・Understanding of the reinsurance industry and its products
・Knowledge of regulation and financial accounting
