[Role & Responsibilities]
As a Test Automation Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's testing infrastructure. You will design, build, and maintain the test automation platform, ensuring its scalability and reliability to support their rapidly growing e-commerce platform. You will work closely with QA engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior team members. This is a chance to make a significant impact on a global scale.

Main tasks include:
- Design and build the test automation infrastructure and architecture.
- Enhance and maintain the test automation framework.
- Monitor and maintain the CI/CD environment for test automation.
- Develop and build test automation tools and services.
- Automate tasks such as application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Research and develop new concepts and technologies.
- Document processes and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to test automation engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and outsourced team members.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience in a technical development role (software development, DevOps, or test automation).
- Experience with IT infrastructure and networking (servers, networks, and storage, both physical and cloud).
- Experience working with and troubleshooting mobile devices.
- Experience with frontend/backend software development and databases (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Experience with software testing and testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, Robot Framework, or Jest).
- Ability to work independently on projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible).
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
