Cybersecurity - Vulnerability Management (Specialist / Chief)【@Top Global Insurance Firm】
This is a *technically focused* security role responsible for leading and executing our vulnerability management program.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of security monitoring for company applications, infrastructure, and cloud vulnerabilities.
The ideal candidate will identify gaps, drive technical improvements, and instill a culture of security awareness throughout the company.

- 【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】
■ 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, including 3+ years in an Information Security related field. Familiarity with industry standards (NIST CSF, PCI DSS) and security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
■ Results-oriented, self-learning mindset, with the ability to continuously enhance security through simplification and optimization.
■ Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and Business-level English, required. - 学歴
