■Position Overview
As a Presales Systems Engineer for our enterprise network products, you will lead solution proposals for customers and partners by leveraging your technical expertise. This is a role where you will directly contribute to solving customer challenges and driving business growth from the front lines.

■Responsibilities
・Presales activities for enterprise network products (handling technical inquiries, product demonstrations, creating proposals, assisting with configurations, etc.)
・Planning and conducting technical training for sales partners (distributors, SIers)
・Presenting products and solutions at seminars, trade shows, and webinars
・Liaising with the head office's product development department to provide technical feedback from customers and partners
・Handling escalations for complex technical troubleshooting

経験・スキル

■Required Qualifications
・Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 switching, Wi-Fi (802.11n/ac/ax), etc.)
・Practical experience as a presales or post-sales (technical support) engineer for network products
・Strong communication skills to build smooth relationships with customers and partners

■Preferred Qualifications
・In-depth knowledge of L2/L3 switches, wireless LAN access points, and network storage products
・English communication skills (reading, writing, and basic conversation)
・Project management experience
