■Position Overview
This is a critical role responsible for overseeing our entire supply chain management, from strategy development to execution. You will play a pivotal part in supporting our business growth by ensuring the stable supply and quality of our products.

■Responsibilities
・Demand forecasting, production planning, and execution
・Selecting, negotiating with, and building relationships with domestic and international suppliers
・Procurement and purchasing management of raw materials and parts
・Managing contract manufacturing partners, including quality and delivery control
・Inventory management optimization
・Logistics management for domestic and international product transportation
・Overall SCM process improvement and cost reduction
・Managing and developing the SCM team

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required Qualifications
・5+ years of hands-on experience in SCM (production control, purchasing, logistics, etc.) in the manufacturing industry.
・Business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
・Team management experience.

■Preferred Qualifications
・SCM experience in the medical device industry.
・Experience working in a startup or venture company.
・Experience in negotiating with overseas suppliers.
・Experience with the implementation and operation of systems such as ERP.
