■Position Overview
You will be a key member of the operational excellence team, spearheading initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to inform your strategies and track progress, ensuring continuous improvement across the organization.

■Main tasks
・Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies.
・Identify and analyze areas for improvement in operational processes.
・Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
・Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
・Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in operational excellence.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational excellence or a related field.
・Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvement initiatives.
・Experience with Lean methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
・Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, GLP) is a plus.
・Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
・Business level proficiency or higher in Japanese and English.
・Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
