■Role & Responsibilities
Controllers team is responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) and financial
reporting of MCDR (Kabushiki Kaisha) and TMKs (Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha). Our business covers data
center construction and operation phases.

■Main tasks include
・Monthly, quarterly, & annual closing using OBIC7 and Excel with a vendor.
・Accounting management of MCDR and TMKs.
・AP (invoice check, payment) and AR (invoice issuance), including GL coding (50-60% of tasks).
・Review financial statements (JGAAP/USGAAP) & instruct vendor on accounting treatment.
・Quarterly/annual budgeting and monthly variance analysis.
・Lender reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual) including DSCR test.
・Approve employee expense reimbursements via TOKIUM.
・Accounting analysis for new and ad-hoc transactions.
・Review of tax filing documents.

経験・スキル

■ Must have
・5-6+ years of accounting or financial audit experience.
・Proactive, team-oriented, and interpersonal personality.
・Flexible, able to handle multi-tasking and irregularities.
・Business-level Japanese.
・Business-level English (TOEIC 750+).
・Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

■ Nice to have
・Knowledge of fixed asset accounting.
・2-3 years of SPC accounting experience.
・Experience in Big 4 or equivalent accounting firms.
・JCPA or Japan Tax Accountant qualification.
