■Role & Responsibilities
You will be the sole Finance Manager, overseeing all financial operations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. You will ensure financial compliance and risk management. You will play a key role in shaping the financial future of this exciting company.

■Main tasks include
・Manage daily retail sales reconciliation and payment processing.
・Prepare financial statements (P/L, B/S, Cashflow), manage cash flow, and ensure accurate job costing.
・Manage local tax filings and compliance.
・Establish and maintain standard operating procedures.
・Oversee inventory and cost control, including regular stock takes.
・Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, liaising with the Hong Kong headquarters.
・Lead ad-hoc projects and reports as assigned.

■Must have
・Accounting or Finance degree
・Min 5 years of relevant experience
・Independent, motivated, works well under pressure
・Good analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
・Detail-oriented and focused
・Strong problem solving & innovative skills
・Excellent Excel skills
・Business-level Japanese and English

■Nice to have
・ERP implementation experience
・Knowledge of Netsuite
