[Role & Responsibilities]
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client's leading online services. You'll work closely with product and development teams, defining test specifications, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive testing strategies. You will also mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Main tasks include:
・Develop and implement test plans and strategies
・Lead and mentor QA team members
・Collaborate with product and development teams
・Monitor and report on quality metrics
・Identify and address trends/root causes of defects
・Manage multiple projects simultaneously

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Over 5 years of experience in application test design and implementation
・ISTQB Foundation Level knowledge or equivalent
・Experience with API/UI automation
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills
・Proactive problem-solving abilities
・Experience in a global working environment is a plus
・Experience working in the e-commerce domain is a plus
・Experience with non-functional testing is a plus
・Fluent English communication skills
・Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
