Are you a communications professional with a passion for finance and a talent for telling a company's story to the world? Our innovative FinTech company in the heart of Shibuya, Tokyo, is seeking a Global Communications Strategist to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our investor relations (IR) and global communications efforts. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of SEC filing regulations and the ability to craft compelling and transparent financial communications. Your work will directly impact our relationship with investors and stakeholders, helping to shape our narrative on the global stage.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the global communication strategy for IR, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
- Managing the entire SEC filing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all required documents.
- Collaborating with legal, finance, and executive teams to gather information and craft key messages.
- Writing, editing, and distributing press releases and other corporate communications.
- Monitoring financial markets and industry trends to inform communication strategies.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a corporate communications, investor relations, or a related role, preferably within a publicly traded company.
- Expertise in SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear and engaging content.
- Fluent in English & Japanese
