[Role & Responsibilities]

As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding our flagship Order Management System. You'll collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team, implementing innovative frontend solutions and contributing to backend development. You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance. You will be empowered to propose and implement new solutions, shaping the future of our system.

[Main tasks include]
- Collaborate with UI designers to translate designs into high-quality, performant code.
- Develop and maintain responsive UI components using Vue.js (or similar framework).
- Design, develop, and implement new frontend features based on business requirements.
- Propose innovative solutions and contribute to the team's technical direction.
Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to backend development, focusing on WebAPI and SOLID principles.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience developing responsive webpages using JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- 2+ years of experience in backend development using .NET (preferably .NET 6 or higher).
- Experience with developing mission-critical systems handling high transaction volumes.
- Experience with web security and personal data protection best practices.
- Experience in a cloud environment (design, development, and deployment).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
- Experience working in multicultural teams is a plus.
