■ Company Introduction
Our client is a leading global developer of data center facilities, known for its innovative designs and commitment to sustainable practices. They are expanding their operations in Japan and are seeking a highly skilled Construction Delivery Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of new data center projects.

■ Position Overview
You will be the on-site leader, responsible for the successful delivery of new data center facilities and major renovation projects in Japan. You’ll manage all aspects of construction, from initial planning and design to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and vendors. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business and shape the future of data center infrastructure in Japan.

■ Responsibilities

* Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple contractors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project delivery.
* Oversee construction progress and quality, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
* Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
* Foster a strong safety culture on all construction sites.

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, ideally within the data center or mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
* Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
* Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
* Business level or higher proficiency in Japanese and English is highly preferred.
* Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., First-Class Architect, First-Class Construction Management Engineer) is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
