経験・スキル

■ Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA leadership role.
* Proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams.
* Expert knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
* Experience with automated testing frameworks.
* Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Business level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English.
* Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
