経験・スキル

- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant certifications will also be considered.

- Demonstrated understanding of IT security principles and practices, along with a foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Over three years of experience in a technical support role, ideally in an IT environment, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with users and clearly convey technical information.

- A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction.

- Capability to work effectively in a team setting, especially with IT security and cloud application teams.
