■ Position Overview
As a Program Manager, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, from new product planning to introduction. You will lead program execution based on budget and requirements, aiming for timely completion. You will also report directly to business leaders on your assigned programs.

■ Responsibilities
・Lead a cross-functional team to meet customer and business expectations for performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
・Drive program planning, achieve targets, and execute events according to process.
・Collaborate with related departments such as sales, development, and manufacturing to evaluate customer requirements and to define and execute plans for product quality, cost, and delivery.
・Define and manage profitability plans (price, cost, investment).
・Identify and mitigate project risks, providing accurate communication and progress reports to customers and management.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
・Over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (including over 2 years of project lead experience).

・Experience in project management with customers or suppliers, considering cost, time, and quality.

・Basic knowledge of the development and manufacturing processes for engine-related components.

・Fluent Japanese and business level English proficiency or higher.

・Communication skills to demonstrate leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

・Basic business software skills.
