■Role & Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of warranty claim management, driving process improvements and ensuring efficient resolution. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, analyze data to identify trends, and implement strategies to minimize warranty costs. This is a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the investigation and resolution of complex warranty claims.
・Develop and implement strategies to improve warranty claim processes.
・Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
・Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve warranty issues.
・Develop and deliver training on warranty procedures.

・Fluent Japanese and English language skills.
