経験・スキル

■Qualifications
・Versatile system thinker with a track record of driving complex technical projects in cross-functional teams
・B.Eng. / B.Sc. / M.Eng. / M.Sc. in computer science, electrical, automotive, mechanical engineering or equivalent education
・Experience in embedded or automotive E/E integration/development or related technical field
・Basic understanding for automotive infotainment systems, connectivity and backend infrastructure
・Strong collaboration skills with excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities
・Proven ability to build and maintain a strong global network with stakeholders across various regions
・Experience using automotive diagnostic tools, such as DTS Monaco, ET Framework, Vector tools etc.
・Pro-active mindset with strong technical problem-solving skills
・High enthusiasm for automotive industry and tech industry in general
・Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in Japanese and/or German is a plus
・Possession of the Japanese driver’s license or the possibility to obtain one
