Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Japan. They are known for their commitment to innovation and patient care, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. They currently have a very strong global and domestic pipeline.

■Role & Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of strategic planning and execution, leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve ambitious business objectives. You will facilitate key meetings, drive change management, and build project management capabilities within the organization. You will also contribute to large-scale transactions, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.

■Main tasks include
- Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional initiatives.
- Facilitate key meetings and follow up on action items.
- Develop and implement operating plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead communication and enable change within the business area.
- Build and develop project management capabilities.
- Contribute to large-scale transactions, including market analysis and valuation.

■Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Significant experience in project management.
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience in strategy development, change management, and risk management.
- Proven problem-solving skills using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus.
- Experience in M&A transactions is a plus.
