経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in a finance department
・In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (J-GAAP, IFRS, etc.)
・Practical experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and fundraising
・Team management experience
・Strong communication and leadership skills
・Business-level English ＆Japanese proficiency
・Experience in the financial industry (preferred)
・Experience in a publicly listed company (preferred)
・MBA (preferred)
・Accounting qualification holder (preferred)
