This is an exciting role driving sales expansion in the APAC region for a global leader in the food ingredients industry!

■About the Company
Our client is a world-leading life sciences company. They provide innovative, high-quality products, contributing to customers worldwide. The company is focused on expanding its business in the APAC region and boasts high growth potential and stability.

■Position Overview
This role is responsible for customers in the APAC region (especially the China or Thailand markets), planning and executing sales strategies for food ingredient products. While leading a team, the objective is to achieve sales targets, build and strengthen customer relationships, and enhance market presence. Although there is a reporting line to an overseas superior, this position allows for almost fully remote work.

■Job Description
・Plan and execute sales strategies for food ingredient products in the APAC region.
・Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
・Develop new customers.
・Manage the sales team.
・Achieve sales targets.
・Understand market analysis and the competitive landscape.
・Analyze and report sales data.
・Provide regular reports to overseas superiors.

経験・スキル
■Requirements
・5+ years of sales experience in the food ingredients industry.
・Sales experience in the APAC region, particularly in the China or Thailand markets.
・Team management experience.
・Business level proficiency or higher in English and Japanese
・Strong communication and negotiation skills.

・Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products.
・Strategic thinking and execution ability.
