■Role & Responsibilities
The Senior Backend Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the company's cutting-edge backend systems. This position involves working closely with a talented team of engineers to build scalable and reliable solutions that meet evolving user needs. The role covers all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and deployment. The engineer's expertise will shape the technical direction of the company's backend infrastructure and contribute to the organization's overall success.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the design and implementation of new features and functionalities for our backend systems.
・Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
・Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement APIs and integrations.
・Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
・Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
・Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
・Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our backend systems.
・Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・8+ years of experience in backend software development.
・Expert knowledge of at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
・Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
・Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
・Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
・Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
・Experience working in an agile environment.
・Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
・Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
