[Role & Responsibilities]
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of large-scale projects, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, producers, and various internal departments, to ensure projects align perfectly with client objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. You will confidently navigate challenges, proactively solve problems, and ensure high-quality deliverables while fostering strong client relationships.

[Main tasks include]
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including SOWs, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments to stay within allocated funds.
- Coordinate across multiple producer tracks (Content, Digital) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.
- Lead post-project analyses to identify areas for improvement and refine future project workflows.
- Manage client expectations and ensure strong client relationships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMI certification preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of project management experience.
- 1+ years of experience with digital projects (websites, applications, digital campaigns).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Project, Project Online), Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Business-level English (TOEIC over 800).
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Experience with creative production processes and web development is a plus.
