The Finance Business Partner works closely with senior management, providing strategic financial advice and analysis.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

・Manage budgets and forecasts.
・Provide financial support and guidance to business units.
・Collaborate with other finance professionals to ensure efficient operations.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role.
・Business level proficiency or above in both Japanese and English.
・Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
・Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
・Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
・Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
・Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
・Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
