■ Position Overview
You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will lead market research and analysis, define product vision and strategy, and manage the product roadmap.

■ Main tasks include
・Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
・Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
・Manage the product backlog and prioritize features.
・Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
・Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
・5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the Fintech industry.
・Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Experience working with agile development methodologies.
・Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
・Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
・Bachelor's degree in a related field.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Experience working with large-scale data sets.
