You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will leverage your expertise to drive product vision and ensure alignment with market demands and business objectives. This role offers significant opportunity for leadership and impact within a rapidly growing and exciting field.

■ Main tasks include
・Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI products.
・Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
・Collaborate with engineering to define product specifications and prioritize features.
・Work with marketing to develop compelling go-to-market strategies.
・Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond.
・Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
・Stay abreast of the latest trends in the GenAI space.

・5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products.

・Proven track record of successfully launching and growing AI products.

・Deep understanding of the GenAI landscape and its applications.

・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

・Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

・Experience with Agile development methodologies.

・Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

・Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
