[Role & Responsibilities]
As an HR Technology Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in optimizing their HR systems and processes across the APAC region, focusing on Japan. You will lead and drive critical projects, ensuring our HR technology effectively supports our evolving business needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders across various levels, gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, and implementing improvements.

[Main tasks include]
- Lead and drive the Japan Incentive automation project and other retail-focused projects.
- Gather and clarify business requirements for incentive automation and other projects.
- Evaluate existing systems to determine the best fit for business needs.
- Collaborate with application owners to implement system changes.
- Manage data migration processes.
- Provide support for Time & Attendance initiatives and BAU tasks.
- Support retail system projects, acting as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, QA, and support resource as needed.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 5 years focused on HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various HR modules (recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning, reporting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
- Experience with incentive calculation and bonus schemes is highly beneficial.
- Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
