■About the position
Randstad is Partnered with one of the largest financial groups globally, in their search for a C# .NET Software Engineer and Technical Analyst for their application development team in Tokyo. Through this role, you will be able to participate in the development of new in-house applications and enhancements to existing ones.

■Responsibilities
- Provide Technical expertise for the continuous technical upgrade of existing and new applications
- Provide Technical expertise to enhance process of testing and developments
- Ensure Data Security and Code security in our applications
- Use and ensure that company standards for CI/CD Code rating are enforced
- Provide daily and quick support (both functional and technical) to the users of our applications
- Fix issues occurring in our applications
- Ensure technical knowledge and How to do is shared and followed amongst members of the team
- Create new application from scratch including database, job scheduler, data transfer and full stack development of C# Web applications
- Create and update Technical documentation of our existing and new applications
- Participate to meetings with users by yourself or with a business analyst to understand their needs and transform it into solutions
- Create BRD when working by yourself on IT for IT Projects or enhancement with business

経験・スキル

■Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET , MS-SQL
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experiences of Technical analysis
- Expertise in OOP
- Experience with working with MCV
- Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

■Nice to have:
- Experience with Python and/or .NET Core will be a plus
- Japanese Language knowledge
- Experience with Job Scheduler, SSRS
