■Role
The Expansion Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new retail locations across Japan, negotiating favorable lease terms, and overseeing the entire store development process. This role involves building strong relationships with landlords and real estate agents, conducting market research, and reporting regularly to both local and headquarters teams. This position is a key player in shaping the future growth of the brand in Japan.

■Main tasks include
・Identify and evaluate potential new store locations.
・Lead lease negotiations and renewals.
・Manage relationships with landlords and real estate agents.
・Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
・Prepare and present regular reports to local and HQ teams.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, technical, commercial).
・Oversee store development projects.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in retail store development, leasing, or real estate negotiations.
・Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle development projects.
・Business level or above proficiency in both Japanese and English.
・Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
・Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
・Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
・Excellent project management and organizational skills.
・Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, business, or related).
・Experience in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
