Join a dynamic and globally minded team as FP&A Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

＜What You’ll Do＞
• Lead monthly P&L analysis and reporting for senior leadership
• Monitor and manage expenses across departments, offering insights and support
• Analyze KPIs and business trends to uncover risks and opportunities
• Evaluate investment returns and support strategic project decisions
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and capital planning
• Create impactful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• FP&A or Managerial Accounting experience
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-starter with strong coordination skills
• Comfortable working flexibly around financial closings
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Business level English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
