■Role
As a key member of a high-performing team, this role leads the analysis and execution of key strategic initiatives. ■Main tasks
・Lead the analysis of complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
・Develop and present compelling business cases and recommendations to senior management.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
・Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
・Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
・Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

経験・スキル

■Requirements

・Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis within a large organization.
・Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think strategically.
・Experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, Tableau or similar.
・Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
・Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
・Business level or higher proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
・Experience in the energy or related industry is a plus.
・Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
