■Role & Responsibilities
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. You will be a key member of a small, but growing team, working closely with other finance professionals to support the company's financial health and strategic growth. You will be empowered to take ownership of your work, and contribute to the company's continued success.

■Main tasks include
・Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
・Prepare and analyze financial statements
・Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
・Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
・Support budgeting and forecasting activities

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
・Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
・Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
・Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
・Strong attention to detail and accuracy
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
・Fluent in Japanese and English
・Experience with international accounting standards is a plus
