In this position, you will build trust with business partners, including the factory management team, and take on the role of FP&A for the plant by utilizing your finance and accounting knowledge.
•Additionally, as a growth opportunity, you will be challenged with the plant's procurement operations together with one staff member.

Main responsibilities include:
•Collaborating with business partners to lead the process of mid-to-long-term strategy planning and business plan (short-term) for the Plant
•Supporting the Plant management team's decision-making through OPEX/CAPEX budget management, monthly analysis, and reporting of key financial indicators for the Plant
•Leading ad-hoc business case analyses for new projects and capital investments, and managing the project
•Developing and executing procurement strategies, negotiating with external contract manufacturers and suppliers, and managing costs

Required Skills:
•Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English presentation/communication skills
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to build credibility and influence business partners to achieve goals
•Knowledge of finance and procurement (approximately 3 years)
