■Role & Responsibilities
You will be a key member of the Business Control Department, partnering with various business units to provide financial support for strategic decision-making. You will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, directly impacting the company's financial health and growth. You'll work closely with senior management and business leaders, presenting insightful analyses and recommendations.

■Main tasks include
・Analyze monthly operating results and key performance indicators.
・Prepare and control budgets and forecasts for various organizational units.
・Perform in-depth financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
・Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies.
・Support the development of long-term strategic financial plans.
・Identify key business drivers and trends.
・Contribute to ad-hoc projects requiring financial analysis.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
・2-3 years of experience in business analysis, ・FP&A, or a related field within a large company.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and database tools.
・Experience working with international teams is a plus.
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
・Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
・CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
・Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
