Our client oversees several lifestyle service platforms, including online reservations and listings for golf, beauty salons, and cars, within a major Japanese internet group. It focuses on growing user engagement and supporting partner businesses across these verticals.

[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be a key member of a QA team responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our client's leading services. You will work closely with product and development teams to define test specifications, manage testing processes, and contribute to a high-performance culture. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.

[Main tasks include]
・Develop and execute test plans and strategies
・Design and implement automated and manual tests
・Monitor and analyze quality metrics
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams
・Prepare and present regular reports
・Mentor junior team members

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Over 3 years of experience in application test design and implementation.
・Knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level.
・Experience with API/UI automation.
・Experience working in an Agile environment.
・Excellent communication skills in English.
・Proactive problem-solving skills.
・Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
・Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
・Japanese language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
・Experience with performance and non-functional testing is a plus.
