■Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's Generative AI product offerings. You will own the product roadmap for new Agentic Features and Agents, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations. You will be a key voice in defining the strategy for Generative AI within the company, working with executives to align product vision with overall business goals.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and execution of the Generative AI product roadmap.
・Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis.
・Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and design scalable solutions.
・Partner with UX/UI design to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
・Work with marketing and sales to develop compelling go-to-market strategies.
・Conduct customer research to understand pain points and inform product development.
・Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
・Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

★Requirements:
・Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
・Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the software industry, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning products
・Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, and AI agent architectures and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
・Previous experience working with Generative AI in Global 2000 Marketing departments
・Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, sales and marketing.
・Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
・Proven track record of delivering successful Generative AI products and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
・Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

★Physical Requirements:
Working out of our Tokyo, Japan office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.

★Travel Requirements:
Requires peaks of 25% travel to visit clients
