■Role & Responsibilities
You will be a key member of the Business Control department, partnering with various business units to provide financial expertise and support strategic decision-making. You will lead a small team, mentoring junior staff while collaborating with senior management to develop and execute financial plans. You'll be a vital link between finance and operations, driving business growth and profitability.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting for multiple business units.
・Analyze monthly performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
・Develop and present financial reports to senior management.
・Partner with business unit leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
・Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development.
・Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to address specific business needs.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
・10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business controlling, or a similar role within a large organization.
・Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
・Experience working in a multinational company is highly desirable.
・CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
・Experience with budgeting and forecasting software is preferred.
・Fluent written and spoken English and Japanese is required.
