■Role & Responsibilities
You will be a key player in managing daily cash transactions, supporting local tax filings, handling intercompany transactions, and assisting with fixed asset accounting. You will contribute to month-end closing processes and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, directly impacting the company's financial health.

■Main tasks include
・Manage daily cash transactions and reconciliations.
・Support local tax filings and documentation preparation.
・Handle intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations.
・Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting.
・Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
・Contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
・Support audits and process improvements.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a global or pharmaceutical environment.
・Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
・Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
・Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (GAAP or IFRS).
・Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
・Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines consistently, and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
・Experience collaborating with finance teams, auditors, and business partners.
・Experience with cash management and intercompany reconciliations.
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
・Experience working with global accounting standards is highly desirable.
