■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment products used by millions of customers. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to shape the future of payments, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a key influencer, presenting to senior leadership and shaping product strategy at the highest levels.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for payment products.
・Drive data-driven decision-making using customer behavior, market trends, and business metrics.
・Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver results at scale.
・Identify and launch new payment solutions.
・Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable payment solutions.
・Mentor a team of product and program managers.
・Present to senior leadership and influence product strategy.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Must-have
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Business level English communication skills

■Nice-to-have
- Business Level Japanese
