■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for a suite of payment products used by millions of customers daily in Japan. You will work independently and collaboratively with product and tech teams, translating data and customer insights into innovative solutions. You'll be a key driver in shaping the future of payments in Japan, building a strong vision and successfully delivering results.

■Main tasks include
・Develop and execute product strategy aligning with overall business objectives.
・Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data-driven insights.
・Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
・Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
・Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
・Manage product performance and identify areas for improvement.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Must-have
- Bachelor"s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Strong communication skills and clear customer focus
- Business level English and Japanese language ability (speaking, reading, writing).

■Nice-to-have
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
